URGENT WATER SAVING APPEAL
The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality urgently calls on all residents to reduce water usage to no more than 50 litres per person per day.
The Metro is currently using 98 million litres of water per day above the safe target, placing our water supply under severe strain.
By cutting back now, residents can help protect water for essential services, households, schools and hospitals, and secure supply for the months ahead.
Every drop saved today helps prevent a deeper water crisis tomorrow.
Let’s act now, together.
