South End / Summerstrand / Arlington Outage - High Voltage Towers
Please note that the schedules sent in mitigation of the current outage, are divided into 3 groups – with 2 hour slots.
The timeslot in which a group falls, means that the group will be ON for those 2 hours, then off for 4 hours and on again for 2 hours, off for 4 hours, on repeat.
This rotational schedule ensures that customers will have electricity for a maximum of 8 hours per day (24-hour period) – 1 group on, 2 groups off . This cycle is repeated over a 24-hour cycle.
At this stage, this is the most effective way for NMBM to alleviate the impact and inconvenience of the outage.
Thanks
