The Council has received the following land related applications:

·        ERF 37489, IBHAYI ( 159 MABOPE STREET) (CF41/37489) (NN):

(i)   Town Planning Amendment (TPA 9505): Amendment to Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by rezoning the Erf from Residential 1 to Special Use Zone purposes to permit a student accommodation.

(ii)  Town Planning Departure (TPD 4776): Departure from the parking requirements.
