Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 794, Summerstrand.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9421 : REZONING OF ERF 295, MILL PARK (104 CAPE ROAD) (CF14/00295) (SN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 295, Mill Park from Residential 1 purposes to Business 3 purposes to permit the property to be used as offices.

 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building (formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 23 APRIL 2019.

 

 

ENCROACHMENT : ERF 921, HUMEWOOD

 

ERF 921, HUMEWOOD SITUATE AT TACOMA PLACE (CF09/00921) (Ref. 47)

 

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering permitting the owner of Erf 921, Humewood to encroach onto a portion of Erf 921, Humewood as shown on Plan no. E4A-X-24, subject to certain conditions.

 

Any encroachment to be concluded shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Government : Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, the NMBM Policy and Procedures for the Disposal of Immovable Capital Assets, incorporating the NMBM Immovable Property Disposal Directives.

 

The closing date for objections and/or expressions of interest in such encroachment is 23 April 2019.
