The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit student accommodation on the property.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to erect a cellular mast on Erf 888, Mount Pleasant.

 

Furthermore the Council has also received an application for a Town Planning Departure to depart from the building lines.

 

COUNCIL’S SPECIAL CONSENT (SC 100/2019) : ERF 3859, CENTRAL (18 GORDON TERRACE) (CF04/03859) (AW)

 

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit the installation of 3 (three) antennae on the rooftop of Erf 3859, Central to improve cellphone reception for the residents in the area.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a playschool and day care facilities on the property.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title Condition "B”(a) from Deed of Transfer No. T37253/2017 applicable to Erf 3574, Central.

 

Furthermore, the Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit student accommodation on the property.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 3603, Central from Special Purposes (Professional Offices) to Residential 3B to permit a licensed hotel.

 

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a licensed hotel to operate on Erf 3603, Central.

 

In addition, Erf 3603, Central will be consolidated with Erf 3611, Central.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9416 : REZONING OF ERF 2481, LORRAINE (46 GILBERT ROAD)(CF36/02481) (AW)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2481, Lorraine from Residential 1 purposes to Community 2 purposes to permit a place of instruction on the property.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9417 : REZONING OF ERF 1280, LORRAINE (248 CIRCULAR DRIVE)(CF36/01208) (AW)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1280, Lorraine from Residential 1 purposes to Business 2 purposes to permit business facilities on the property.

Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 1 APRIL 2019.
