The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering leasing Erf 1419, Kabega (a portion of road reserve) which abuts Erf 2829, Kabega, subject to certain conditions.

 

Any lease to be concluded, shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, the NMBM Policy and Procedures for the Disposal of Immovable Capital Assets incorporating the NMBM Immovable Property Disposal Directives.
