The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering the sale of the above erf to the abutting property owner in order to consolidate it with his property (Erf 1417, Uitenhage).

 

Any interested parties are required to express their interest in such sale, as stated above or their objections thereto, in writing, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the description "Purchase of Portion of Erf 2137, Uitenhage", which must be delivered to Properties and Planning Administration, second floor, Lillian Diedericks building, Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth by not later than 16:30 on 24 October 2018.
