The Council has received an application for an amendment of conditions of Council’s Special Consent (SC 27/1998) to allow an increase in the number of permitted guestrooms from five (5) to six (6) guestrooms on Erf 1271, Summerstrand.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 353, Clarendon Marine, to permit the property to be developed.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 4866, Central from Residential 3C to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used for business purposes, offices, shop and residential.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9343 : REZONING OF ERF 747, LORRAINE (184 CIRCULAR DRIVE)(CF36/00747) (NN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 747, Lorraine from Residential 1 purposes to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used for retail purpose.

 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building (formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth during normal office hours.
