Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Remainder Erf 872, Lorraine.

 

Furthermore the Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Remainder Erf 872, Lorraine from Residential 1 to Business 3 purposes, alternatively Council’s Special Consent for a Special Use to permit the property to be used for office purposes with an FSI as per existing buildings and height of 2 storeys.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a cellular mast on Erf 2833, Kabega.

 

COUNCIL’S SPECIAL CONSENT (SC140 /2018) : ERF 3801, NORTH END  (GREEN STREET AND LAVINIA STREET) (CF18/03801) (NP)

 

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a Rooftop Telecommunication and Base Station to be erected on portion of Erf 3801, North End

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 6398A2 : AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS OF ERF 6, THEESCOMBE (KRAGGA KAMMA) (CF30/00006) (NJ)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the conditions as contained in TPA 6398 applicable to Erf 6, Theescombe to include a cellular mast.

 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building (formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth during normal office hours. The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Erf 905, Colchester from Residential 1 purposes to Special Zone (Guesthouse and/or Residential 1) purposes to permit the property to be used as a Guest House.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Erf 1401, Colchester from Residential 1 purposes to Special Zone (Residential and/or Self-Catering Accommodation) purposes to permit the property to be used for Residential and Self-Catering Accommodation purposes.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9318: REZONING OF ERF 1414, COLCHESTER (THIRD ROAD) (CF51/01414) (TN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Erf 1414, Colchester from Residential 1 purposes to Special Zone (Residential and/or Self-Catering Accommodation) purposes to permit the property to be used for Residential and Self-Catering Accommodation.

 

Details relating to the proposals are available at the offices of the Human Settlements Directorate, 76 Cuyler Street, Uitenhage during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 20 August 2018.
