The Council has received an application for an amendment to conditions (v) and (ix) contained in Council’s Special Consent (SC 30/2004) applicable to Erf 289, Walmer to permit an increase in the number of children from 15 to 36 and to extend the operational time from 08h00 – 12h00 to 07h30 – 17h30.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a cellular mast and telecommunication infrastructure to be erected on Erf 2124, Westering.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 91, Newton Park.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 97, Mill Park, to permit the property to be rezoned to Business 3 purposes.

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 97, Mill Park from Residential 1 purposes to Business 3 purposes to permit the property to be used for such purposes.

 

Furthermore, the Council has received an application for a departure to permit the relaxation of the street, side and rear building lines to 0 m in order to permit the proposed development on the property.

The Council has received an application for the subdivision of Erf 2428, Walmer into Portion A and a remainder portion, as shown on Plan no. JN2333-PS.

The Council has received an application for the subdivision of Portion 72 of the Farm Kuyga No. 8 into two portions, as shown on Plan no. JN2527-PS.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 7364, Korsten from Residential 3G purposes to Residential 3H purposes.

 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to depart from all building lines to accommodate existing approved buildings.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title Conditions D(i-vi) as contained in Deed of Transfer No. T7482/2013 applicable to Erf 2022, Despatch to allow for the existing development and any intended future development on the erf.
