Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 1360, Newton Park.

 

The Council has received an application for a departure for the amendment of Condition (i) as contained in SC 14/2006 to permit an increase in the number of children from 20 to 40 on Erf 1360, Newton Park.

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9267 : REZONING OF ERF 51026, IBHAYI (KRUISMAN STREET, ZWIDE) (CF41/51026) (PKM)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Ibhayi Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 51026, Ibhayi from Business purposes to Special Zone to permit the property to be used for business purposes and the installation of a cell mast and base station.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9290 : REZONING OF ERF 4176, FAIRVIEW (MIMOSA) (CF35/04176) (NJ)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 4176, Fairview from Special purposes to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used for offices / warehousing / places of instruction / gym facilities / indoor shooting range purposes.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9291 : REZONING OF ERF 2026, MOUNT ROAD (HARROWER ROAD)(CF15/02026) (NP)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2026, Mount Road from Community 3 to Industrial 2 purposes to permit the property to be used as such.

 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building (formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 25 June 2018.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title Conditions B.(i)(a),(b),(c) and (d) as contained in Deed of Transfer No. T86501/2006 applicable to Erf 3032, Uitenhage.

 

The Council has also received an application in terms of the Uitenhage Zoning Scheme for its Consent to permit Erf 3032 Uitenhage, situated at 5 Sass Street to be used as a day care.

 

Details relating to the proposals are available at the offices of the Human Settlements Directorate, 76 Cuyler Street, Uitenhage during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 25 June 2018.
