RENEWAL OF LEASE : SUMMERSTRAND, SUNRIDGE PARK AND WALMER

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality intends to lease the following properties as detailed below, subject to certain conditions:

Any interested parties are required to express their interest in such lease, as stated above or their objections thereto, in writing, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the description "Renewal of Lease of Portion of Erf ….", which must be delivered to Properties and Planning Administration, second floor, Lillian Diedericks building, Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth by not later than 16:30 on 11 December 2017.
