The Council has received an application for its Special Consent for a Special Use to permit a Conference Centre and a Function Venue on Erf 1008, Walmer.

 

(1)        REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL

PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013) : ERF 138, LORRAINE

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 138, Lorraine.

 

The Council has further received an application for its Special Consent Special Use (Tele-communication) to permit the placement of a 25m cellular mast and base station on Erf 138, Lorraine.

 

Furthermore, the Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure for relaxation of the eastern boundary building line to zero metre to allow placement of the cellular Mast.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 1474, Westering.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9181 : REZONING OF ERF 9451, BETHELSDORP (MINT CLOSE) (CF03/ 09451) (NJ)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 9451, Bethelsdorp from Residential 1 purposes to Business 1 purposes to permit a funeral parlour.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1792, Parsonsvlei from Undetermined purposes to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used for mixed use development (retail, offices and residential) purposes.

 

Furthermore, the Council has received an application for the subdivision of Erf 1792, Parsonsvlei into two portions, as shown on the plan.

 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building(formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue , Port Elizabethduring normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9 , Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 18 September 2017.
