Human Settlements Ombud makes a turn in the Bay on Tuesday

The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS), an entity of the Department of Human Settlements established to deal with issues affecting occupants of retirement villages, home owner’s associations, sectional titleholders and all other shared living arrangements, is making a turn in Nelson Mandela Bay on Tuesday (3 October).

Wanda Lubelwana, Marketing, Communications and Stakeholder Relations Manager, said residents dealing with issues ranging from incorrect and unreasonable levies, noise and parking issues amongst others are welcome to attend the roadshow for clarity on what can be done about their issues.
