All civil engineering contracts of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality must use GCC (2010). Building contracts must use JBCC Series 2000.
It remains your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements. You must advice the NMBM of proposed amendments and changes to the standard tender documentation if required. In such a case written approval to amend the standard tender documentation must be obtained from the Assistant Director: Contracts prior to submission of documentation.
Only the parts that are not password protected should be edited. If found that other amendments to the documentation were made without prior written permission of the Contracts Division, Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Specification Committee, such document will not be considered.
You have to comply with the NMBM’s procedure for submission, advertise, evaluation and adjudication of Tender Docs.
You must not accept that your download is a true reflection of the documentation as electronic data may be loss during the download.
